Accommodation has been reserved on behalf of QStrata attendees at the Rydges Hotel South Bank, Novotel South Bank and Hyatt Regency Brisbane until Wednesday, 24 February 2025, with exclusive discounted rates secured for attendees.
Delegates can book their stay for the conference dates of 26-28 March 2025, with rooms allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.

Please notify your request for changes or cancellation directly to the conference organiser. Each accommodation venue has its own cancellation policy, ranging from a one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy for the accommodation venue you are booking.
Upon booking accommodation, please indicate your estimated time of arrival. If you wish to check-in before the official check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released and you will be charged a no-show fee.
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the conference, please specify your requirements in the ‘additional nights required’ field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the accommodation venue before your reservation is fully confirmed.

Any cancellations made between 30/06/2022 and 06/07/2022 will incur a cancellation fee if the booking is for three nights or less; one night cancellation fee will be charged. If the booking is for four nights or more; two nights fee will be charged. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival and no shows will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card provided for room guarantee. No show guests will be charged 100% cancellation fee for each no-show accommodation room.
