Workshop and conference sessions inclusions:

• Attendance at workshops (Wednesday)
• Attendance at all conference sessions (Thursday & Friday)
• Attendance at all social functions (StrataConnect: Exhibitor Networking, StrataSocial Networking, Strata Long Lunch)
• All morning, afternoon teas and lunches.

Conference sessions only inclusions:

• Attendance at all conference sessions (Thursday & Friday)
• Attendance at all social functions (StrataConnect: Exhibitor Networking, StrataSocial Networking, Strata Long Lunch)
• All morning, afternoon teas and lunches.

Day delegate inclusions:

• Attendance at all conference sessions (on chosen day)
• Attendance at social event (on chosen day)
  – Thursday attendance: StrataSocial Networking
  – Friday attendance: Strata Long Lunch
• All morning, afternoon teas and lunches.

Workshop inclusions:

• Attendance at workshop sessions
• Attendance at StrataConnect: Exhibitor Networking (for full day workshop attendees only)
• Lunch

Please note: Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees. Accommodation can be booked as part of the registration process. Further accommodation details and pricing will be provided in January.

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration within a few minutes. You can pay your registration fees by EFT or online using MasterCard or Visa.

A tax invoice will be emailed to the address you supply once you’ve submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.

All payments must be in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment may be made by:

• Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
  Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Details provided on tax invoice.

Payment is due 14 days from the date of registration or prior to the commencement of the conference (whichever is first). If you are seeking the early registration rate, payment must be made prior to the early registration deadline.

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organiser.

• Registration cancellations received by 5pm (AEST) Wednesday 26 February 2025 will a receive a 75% refund of the registration fee paid.
• Registration fees will not be refunded after 5pm (AEST) Wednesday 26 February 2025 unless extenuating circumstances apply and will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.
• Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the conference provided the conference organiser is advised in writing.
